Global Warming Hoaxes and Global Warming Realities
Global warming hoaxes are popping up en masse to win elections and to commercialize the fear of global warming realities that scientists are now discussing. Most of these global warming hoaxes are, of course, created by political strategists for prominent politicians who have something to gain by spreading fear and then providing themselves as the solution. Some of these people win prizes and the lauding of the press, while they themselves live as proof that they either don't believe the global warming hoaxes they are spreading or they just don't really care about global warming. But for the rest of us, the common people, we need to know the global warming realities we face. Many of us enjoy fresh mountain air and unpolluted streams and would like to see such beauties as these handed down to our children.
A survey of global warming "facts" found in magazines, newspapers, and the Internet will show you just how hard it is to weed your way through the massive amounts of contradictory global warming information. Some of the more credible sources are found in the publications of nations and international bodies, though these source of global warming information understandably have biases as well. It is necessary to survey as many sources as possible to determine what are the global warming hoaxes and global warming realities. You may not find a hard line dividing the two, but a relative estimate is better than just taking the words of various political candidates and news publication editorials.
What makes things even more confusing is that all good global warming hoaxes are based on scientific truths, just as all global warming realities are seen in science. The fact that a global warming theory has scientific basis or uses scientific evidence does not make it a sound global warming descriptor. You can extrapolate many falsehoods based on singular scientific principles and scientific concepts. You must check for studies that verify that the scientific theories are indeed occurring, rather than studies that show these global warming ideas could occur. Most global warming hoaxes tell you how things work or why things work, but they fail to include studies that show that they are indeed working as global warming realities.
We know, for example, after many decades of study that mass deforestation has a profound correlation to a region's climate, in terms of temperatures and weather patterns. We also know that it has a strong correlation to the levels of pollution found in the air. And we have very direct studies that show that large scale burning and industrial pollution cause measurable levels of pollution increases throughout several layers of the atmosphere. We know in turn that in the greatest areas of concentration of these pollutants there are holes in the ozone layer that have enlarged over the time of our technical capabilities of measuring them. And, in turn we know that the areas under these holes are getting hotter at proportional and mathematically predictable rates. These would be verifiable global warming realities.

Energy Saving Tip
Set your thermostat. In the winter, set your thermostat as low as you comfortably can and in the summer set it as high as you comfortably can. This will help to keep your heating and cooling bill down.
Energy Saving Tip
Turn off your computer. When you are not using your computer and monitor, turn them off. If you have other accessories that are connected to your computer and draw power, turn them off as well.
Energy Saving Tip
Lighten up. Use compact flourescent light bulbs wherever your can. They give off the same amount of light but only use about one quarter of the electricity of regular light bulbs. Plus, they last longer.
Energy Saving Tip
Air dry your dishes. Instead of using the drying cycle on your dishwasher, let your dishes air dry instead. If you are not comfortable with that, take a towel to them and dry them that way.
Energy Saving Tip
Think power strips. Plug your electronics such as Tvs, DVD players and game consoles into power strips. When the equipment is not in use, turn off the entire strip. A lot of electronic equipment continue to use several watts of power even when in stand by mode.
